Intermittent 5xx Errors in EU Region

Between 08:52 and 09:14 UTC, an AWS RDS failover caused intermittent 5xx errors, impacting in-app purchases for omnichannel merchants. While the failover itself was completed within 40 seconds, our application continued to experience errors for an extended period. We performed a full server restart, after which the system returned to normal.
