Resolved

We recently identified and resolved a bug affecting a small number of non-renewing subscriptions. This bug occurred when merchants attempted to adjust the term end date to a date in the past. This resulted in affected subscriptions becoming temporarily inaccessible. We have fixed the issue, and services are now operating as usual. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.
