On April 7, 2024, between 05:30 and 07:40 UTC, routine system maintenance led to the intermittent unavailability of a server in our EU data centre. This resulted in API failures for a small fraction (0.015%) of our EU-based customers. It's important to note that this Incident exclusively impacted the EU region. However, the issue has been resolved, and API services have returned to normal operation. We apologize for any inconvenience and disruption to service this caused for impacted customers.
