We identified a problem with the synchronization of data in the Revenue Story metrics. Due to this issue, customers were unable to access their recent data in the CB home dashboard and revenue story application.
After investigating the issue, we found that the root cause was a high volume of traffic that caused a synchronization delay. Our technical teams have promptly addressed the issue, and the metrics are now updated with the correct data. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience or disruption this issue may have caused.
