On November 1, 2023, between 09:08 and 09:13 UTC, our system experienced an unexpected increase in API failures in the US region, resulting in a disruption of service. This incident led to the failure of certain write requests, affecting system functionality. The source of this degradation was traced back to our cloud service provider. They experienced an issue that impacted our services.

Our cloud provider swiftly resolved the issue, restoring all services to normal operation. As a result, the API failures were mitigated, and service was fully restored to its usual functionality.
