On Nov 15th, 2025 between 04:30 and 09:30 AM UTC, we will be performing critical improvements to our production database in the AU region.
Impact: Each merchant may experience up to 5 minutes of downtime at any time during the 5-hour maintenance window.
Services Impacted: Product Catalog, Entitlement, and Subscription APIs may experience brief interruptions (up to 5 minutes) during the maintenance window. Dependent operations will be temporarily paused and will automatically resume once the maintenance is complete.
