On March 23, 2025, between 04:30 and 09:30 AM UTC, we will be performing critical improvements to our production database in the US region.
Impact:Revenue Story report syncing and checkout via Chargebee Gateway may be affected for all merchants (Product Catalog 1.0 and 2.0).
While the overall maintenance window is five hours, the expected downtime for each merchant will be minimal, lasting no more than five minutes. This maintenance will have no impact on merchants hosted in the EU and AU regions. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we enhance our services.
