This incident has been resolved. The transactions are going through for all eWay merchants.

Monitoring

We have reached out to eWay and got them to add the IP address range that prevented transactions from going through, to their whitelisted IP's. We are currently monitoring the transaction status.

Investigating

We are currently investigating reports from eWay customers regarding the error "(V6111) Unauthorised API Access, Account Not PCI Certified."
