On Aug 17 2025, between 09:54:11 and 09:54:41 UTC, an AWS RDS failover event led to a brief database unavailability, resulting in elevated 5xx errors in the US region. During this window, application connectivity to the database was intermittently impacted. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
