On April 06th and 07th, 2024 between 4:30 and 9:30 am UTC, we will be performing improvements to our production database.
Impact: GET & POST operations for Product Catalog 2.0 merchants will be temporarily unavailable during this maintenance window. Additionally, intermittent checkout failures may occur for transactions using the Chargebee Gateway. However, the downtime for each merchant is expected to be minimal, lasting at most 10 minutes.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to enhance our services. Operations will return to normal promptly outside of the maintenance period.
